S&C Article Reprints
Hardcopy reprints furnished by Stocks & Commodities are bulk copies (minimum of 100 copies) of articles or product reviews reprinted as they appeared in the magazine, folded to a magazine-size booklet. Price and delivery are based on the following specifications.
PAPER STOCK & SIZE:
- Paper: 60 lb. gloss for b/w, 70 lb. gloss for color.
- Finished reprint booklet is 8½" by 11" or slightly smaller.
- Thicker stock also available at additional cost.

Prices include ground shipping to one domestic address. All orders must be prepaid.
Example: 5000 reprints of a 3-page article to include the four-color magazine cover (4 total pages) is $1190.00.

USE OF COLOR
If any page or portion of a page in a reprint is printed in color (four-color process), then the reprint will be considered a four-color reprint, and the prices listed in the Reprint Price Table (above) for four-color reprints will apply.
Four-color reprints (full color): Produced with standard four-color process inks only: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and Black.
Black & white reprints: Any article appearing in color in the magazine can be converted to a black & white reprint. Results will vary. An electronic proof is available.
SHIPPING
Ground shipping is included in price (street address required). Based on entire order to one domestic address only. Each additional drop ship is $5.00. Delivery to non-US addresses available at additional cost.
Overnight shipping or two-day shipping is available at additional cost. Call for prices.
TURNAROUND TIME
Normal turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from receipt of payment. (Prepayment is required for reprints.) Rush service (2-week turnaround) is available at additional cost. Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost.
PRODUCTION & TYPESETTING PRICES
Custom work on a reprint (changes or additions to pages different from what appeared in the magazine) may be subject to production time billed at an hourly rate of $60/hour with a $30 minimum. Examples of custom production work include typesetting text, redesigning an article layout, typesetting a custom cover, etc..
PAYMENT
All reprint orders must be prepaid. We accept checks, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® or American Express®.
MAGAZINE PURCHASES
Authors, advertisers and reprint clients may purchase extra copies of an issue at the prices listed below. For large orders, magazines must be ordered 50 days prior to cover date. Discount prices are listed below. Shipping may be additional.

ONLINE REPRINTS
Unlike hardcopy reprints, online reprints are purchased for specific lengths of time instead of by quantity. Upon purchase, a link is furnished to a PDF of the reprinted article, hosted on our server. You can then display the link at your website or send the link to anyone else, such as your own clients, until the link expires. Online reprints can easily be renewed should you choose.
