NEW - Capital Management Sciences, a division of Data Broadcasting Corporation, has begun offering BondVu, a real-time bond information system for institutions. Through a BondVu Preferred Provider program, institutions can furnish their clients who invest in fixed-income securities with current market data, online pricing and analytics from BondVu, though the information will be delivered with the institution's own logo.
BondVu is a real-time, Windows-based system for fixed-income analysis. It allows immediate access to current information, including pricing of the US Treasury, money market, mortgage-backed securities, adjustable-rate mortgages, foreign exchange and futures markets. It also includes valuation, in-depth descriptive information, historical yield spreads and price-yield valuations on more than 850,000 bonds.
Under the Preferred Provider program, Capital Management provides setup and technical work at no charge, with billing based on the number of terminals placed. Capital Management also offers training, onsite consultations, technical support and educational seminars.

The Web Query feature allows users to pull information from the Internet such as financial information from PC Quote's Web site, directly into a spreadsheet for stock portfolio tracking. Using Web Query, Excel users can view several types of financial queries from PC Quote and then chart, analyze or calculate the data in Excel.
