Global Forex Trading DealBook FX Offers Inter-Trader Dealing

Global Forex Trading's new DealBook FX online foreign exchange (forex) dealing software has now had several months of successful real-time customer use. DealBook FX offers clients reliable 24-hour access to more than 40 currencies.

Through DealBook FX, customers can trade currencies over the Internet in a live, streaming data environment from anywhere with an Internet connection. DealBook FX offers free, live charting with technical analysis of all the currencies and access to analytical services. Customers can monitor their positions, place virtually any kind of order such as a stop order, limit order, and even execute orders with a single mouse click on Global Forex Trading's live, streaming, dealable currency rates.

A special feature is the ITX (Inter-Trader Exchange) window, which allows customers to trade with each other at better spreads than Global Forex Trading's tight three- to five-pip spreads on major markets.

Customers also have immediate access to account statements for nearly 24 hours a day. Many of DealBook FX's features are also available via a web-enabled cell phone for "on-the-road" trading.

Townsend Analytics Adds Stock Scanner

Townsend Analytics added to its RealTick trading system a stock scanner developed by stock-trading expert Tony Oz. The new tool features nine proprietary filters designed to detect trading opportunities in both the NYSE and Nasdaq markets. The scanner is built on Oz's selection process, which he developed and refined during national trading contests. The Oz Scanner detects stocks that are trading at a higher price on higher relative volume; at a higher price following three consecutive days where the stock has traded down; at a lower price following three consecutive days where the stock has traded up; and at a new 53-day high or 47-day low. The scanner also spots stocks showing strength and momentum following major news events, as well as relatively unknown stocks that are gaining significant momentum.
