Creative Capital Management has released SignalExpress for TradeStation users. SignalExpress provides real-time market buy and sell signals directly into TradeStation from the SignalExpress trade server for short- to intermediate- term trend following. By analyzing collections of stocks that are leading or lagging the market, SignalExpress outputs trading signals that lead the market in either direction-- up or down. Hartwell Partners Introduces New MSCI EAFE Equal Weight Index

The MSCI EAFE (Europe, Asia & Far East) Index is the highest profile international index and includes 21 well-developed countries, excluding the US and Canada. One flaw in the index is that it weighs each of the 21 countries in the index by the size of its stock market (market capitalization). As a result, Japan and the United Kingdom together account for about half of the index's value. Chartwell Partners, an indexing and ETF specialist, has introduced an index using the same 21 countries but weighing each country equally. The Chartwell Equal Weight MSCI EAFE Index has beaten the MSCI EAFE Index during the past three years.

The Blue and White Fund, a mutual fund that invests exclusively in Israeli companies, received the Nasdaq ticker symbol BWFAX and will be published in more than 800 newspapers nationwide. The Nasdaq symbol will generate exposure for this Beverly Hills, CA-based fund that invests in Israeli companies traded on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
