ICE Launches Electronic Trading Of NYBOT Soft Commodities
| IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) said it expected to close on its planned merger with the New York Board of Trade at the end of January and launch side-by-side trading of NYBOT's benchmark agricultural commodities on Ice's electronic trading platform. NYBOT's open outcry trading hours will remain unchanged. Electronic trading will be offered around the clock each trading day in the physical contracts for the sugars, cotton, coffee, cocoa, and frozen concentrated orange juice. Electronic markets are expected to be available from 8:00
pm ET the prior evening until 6:00 pm ET of the trade date.

RBC Capital Markets Acquires Carlin Financial Group
| Renamed
RBC Carlin, Rbc Capital Markets has completed its acquisition of Carlin
Financial Group, a broker?dealer popular with emerging hedge fund managers,
professional traders, and financial institutions. The new division also
launched its customizable options trading module, Options Pro, thus entering
the field of multi-asset DMA (direct-market access) trading platforms.

Ensign Provides Subscribers Free R/T FOREX Quotes And Charts

Ensign Software said it now provided free real-time forex quotes and charts
with all Ensign Windows charting software subscriptions. Ensign Windows
is also now compatible with Fxcm and CyberTrader data sources as well as
eSignal, DTN IQfeed, Interactive Brokers, and QFeed. A free trial use of
Ensign Windows is available.

EuroNext.LIFFE Launches Tradables

Euronext.liffe said it had launched rapeseed oil futures and options in
response to growing demand for new price risk management tools from the
European edible oils trade and industry. This new contract will enable
hedge funds and other investors to gain direct exposure to price movements
in rapeseed oil.
In other news, the international derivatives business of Euronext, Euronext.liffe, launched the EuroMts government bond index contracts, available for trading on Liffe Connect. These government bond index futures will allow investors to gain broad exposure for the first time to Eurozone government debt and to the individual country credits of France, Germany and Italy, on a single trading platform. And finally, Euronext.liffe said it has launched raw sugar futures and options contracts in February 2007. The raw sugar futures contract will trade alongside the existing white sugar contracts. Market users will be able to transact business between the raw and white sugar markets. www.euronext.com/derivatives
