PowerShares Adds To ETF Family, Portfolios

PowerShares Capital Management announced two additions to its Dwa Technical
Leaders family of exchange traded funds (ETFS), with the listing of portfolios
covering developed markets outside of the US and the emerging markets.
The portfolios are PowerShares Dwa Developed Markets Technical Leaders
Portfolio (PIZ) and PowerShares Dwa Emerging Markets Technical Leaders
Portfolio (PIE). These new Etfs and PowerShares' Dwa Technical Leaders
Portfolio (PDF) make up the PowerShares Dwa Technical Leaders Family.

Winnipeg Commodity Exchange To Become ICE Futures Canada

IntercontinentalExchange announced that its Winnipeg Commodity Exchange
(WCE) subsidiary will be known as ICE Futures Canada. The new name is in
line with ICE's other futures subsidiaries, ICE Futures US and ICE Futures
Europe. All trading on the exchange has transitioned to the Ice electronic
platform.
