TRADESTATION ACQUIRES FX BROKERAGE

TradeStation Group has acquired IBFX Holdings, a provider of forex trading services to 27,000 individual traders, fund managers, and institutional clients worldwide. Interbank FX will be merged into TradeStation Forex as a retail foreign exchange dealer. All of Interbank FX’s accounts will be transferred to TradeStation Forex and it will be operated as the “IBFX Division” of TradeStation Forex. IBFX Australia Pty. will also operate as a subsidiary of TSG.

PATSYSTEMS SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR GLOBAL INTERCONNECTIVITY

Patsystems signed an agreement to interconnect its XConnect hubs via the BT Radianz Cloud. BT will provide Patsystems with low-latency networking infrastructure and bandwidth to facilitate communication between Patsystems XConnect hubs. With the BT Radianz Cloud, Patsystems can optimize its global application service provider offering, Xconnect, allowing Patsystems to offer its customers with a 100% connectivity service level agreement. BT’s global community of more than 15,000 locations will complement Patsystems’ current distribution network of trading and exchange technologies, allowing the company’s future expansion into new markets.
