 Interactive Data Corp. Offers News And Information Services, Acquires S&P ComStock

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including governmental approvals and that of McGraw-Hill Cos.' board of directors. S&P ComStock is a unit of Standard & Poor's, which is a division of McGraw-Hill. ComStock covers equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, and money markets, providing information from more than 180 stock exchanges and other sources.

Nasdaq Liffe Markets Lists 15 New Products

Nasdaq Liffe Markets, LLC (NQLX), listed 15 new single stock futures as of January 6, 2003, the exchange said. The addition of these stocks takes the total NQLX product number to 54 futures on individual stocks and four exchange traded funds. NQLX is a fully electronic, federally regulated exchange formed as a joint venture between The Nasdaq Stock Market and Liffe (London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange).
