Informatica Corp. said that SURFACExchange has standardized on Informatica Ultra Messaging as the low-latency and high throughput application communications backbone of a high-performance FX derivatives trading platform. Informatica Ultra Messaging integrates 24 trading process components including requests for quotes, orders, trades, execution/assignment, and settlement.

MARKET DATA AGGREGATOR HELPS LOWER COSTS
Direct Edge has introduced Edge Ticker Plant (ETP), an accelerated market data aggregator. ETP leverages the Connect Edge network and Exegy ticker plant technology to integrate more than 20 market datafeeds with direct-market access to all major US equity exchanges. It also enables traders to cross-connect to a Direct Edge ticker plant and reduce their technology spend for critical low-latency data collection.
