Any Web site providing products or services that may be of potential interest to our subscribers is eligible for link consideration and possible inclusion on our "Traders' Resource" section. To be considered for a link exchange with the STOCKS & COMMODITIES Web site, the following conditions must be met:

• The link must be a STOCKS & COMMODITIES button, or must contain our logotype as specified in our linking instructions. Complete instructions and choices of several linking buttons are available on our Link Page.
  
  
• The link must be PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED on your site. The goal in providing links to and from our Web site is to generate traffic for our site and to provide increased support and exposure for our advertisers and interested supporting service providers as well. It will benefit none of us if our link is hidden too deeply in a site, or at the bottom of a list of numerous search engines.
  
  
• The link must be ACTIVE. Consideration of a link exchange will be possible only while our link is active.
